Spin Nightclub is one of the ONLY full size venues in San Diego that frequently has events where it stays open all night, bumping into the morning hours, much like a New York or Miami club. This is an awesome place to see both local talent and international acts that can be there on any given night. They stop serving alcohol at 2am but continue to serve water and other non-alcoholic beverages until they close.
It also is a multi-level venue and has a cool catwalk around the top of the dance floor that looks down on the main dance floor. On the 2nd floor there is another room where another DJ is often bumping a slightly different vibe. Then on the roof (third floor) there’s yet another bar and dance floor, where you can get some fresh air and chill out a bit. This roof top area is also a great spot for daytime events, vibing in the sunshine during the day.
All in all Spin is one of San Diego’s most unique venues, and also one of the longest standing house music venues that has a long history of supporting local house music and keeping the scene going with all night ragers.
